This intensive course is 24 hours in length. It provides a strong foundation in Maya’s interface and tools. Maya is the pre-eminent choice for animation and visual effects, and is also a market leader in games, motion graphics, design visualization and illustration. Its open-ended architecture excels at complex tasks and production pipelines. It offers a truly vast set of tools, and there are almost no limits to what you can create.

In this course, we cover the basics: Maya tools, artistic techniques and efficient workflow. Trainees acquire essential skills in modeling, animation, materials, lighting and camera, and rendering.

Prior 3D graphics experience is not required
